Viviano Windows & Door

I had Viviano do two separate jobs for me, first replacing an exterior door and then a few months later replacing three windows and two glass panes in existing windows. We got off to a poor start when the employee who came to take initial measurements made a mistake that led to an incorrect price quote. Robert called me a few weeks later to apologize for the mistake, explained what had happened, and asked if I was still interested at the correct price. Luckily I had procrastinated on the project! The crew that did the exterior door was polite and did solid work. I had to touch up the caulking after a heavy rain storm revealed a spot that was missed, but it wasn't a big deal. Based on that experience, I had them come back to replace several windows. I was blown away by the second job, both in terms of the quality of the windows and the quality of the installation. Overall the company is easy to work with. Their supplier ships on a much faster timeline than some of their competitors, and installation was seamless. I wouldn't hesitate to use Viviano again.

Viviano's is acceptable if you go with every scrap of info you could possibly need. They are zero help with suggestions about the industry they specialize in. And you better hope you never have an issue. My six week door order went past ten weeks. Viviano's answer was, "sounds like a you problem." I will not use them ever again. Edit: As it isn't possible to respond to the business' account, I have to reply here. My company ordered a door on 07-27-23. Our door finally came in on 10-04-23. It took about five phone calls to finally find out the manufacturer didn't do the door and we had to wait an additional 4 weeks beyond the 6 that we were told. Nothing was done to compensate us being 4 extra weeks out or spurring the manufacturer to fix the mistake faster. We have learned our lesson and will never use a company that is not in their customer's corner.

Living in a 100 year old house, we needed a storm door that would fit our "half round door" (i think thats the right term). These doors are very hard to find so despite living in NY, we ended up ordering from Viviano in MO. The experience has been great in every way possible. Great communication, knowledge, patience, etc. They have also answered questions and offered to replace something free of charge after the fact! Highly recommend.

Shout out to Viviano Windows and Doors. I bought my windows 20 plus years ago. I had a problem with a window, called them. They sent out one of their representatives, he had the window fixed and working and locking in a few minutes. Such a sigh of relief to have fixed as I'm expecting a grandchild soon and was worried with the window. Now my worries and stress are gone. Can't say enough about how grateful I am. You are truly are an angle and have excellent business/customer satisfaction. You will always be the ones I come to for any jobs.

We had an excellent experience with Viviano. We needed 8 old windows replaced on our duplex. Viviano gave us a quote competitive with, if not below, the big competitors (window world, window nation), around $6000 . PLUS they were able to do it in a third of the time. From order to install was about 2 months, where other companies were estimating 4-6 months, which would have meant we miss the benefits of the windows through the winter. Plus, we made a verbal agreement with our sales rep about a discount, and the company was willing to honor it even though we had nothing in writing and the rep was no longer with the company by the time install happened. The installers were professional and kind. Highly recommend.
